Description

This towbar kit provides a tailored towing solution for selected Mitsubishi Lancer models, combining the main towbar assembly with matched wiring components. It offers a towing capacity of 1000 kg with a 100 kg ball load and is supplied with a 7 pin flat connector to suit common trailer wiring requirements. The kit is specified with a 1800 mm wiring length and tongue part 7514, with an indicative fit time of 90 minutes.

The wiring arrangement is detailed as 1800 ECU1, pairing a dedicated tail harness with an electronic control unit bypass module. This configuration is intended to isolate the vehicle's Body Control Module or can-bus system from the trailer wiring circuit as described in the included component information.
