BARS N RACKS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Full payment is required upon delivery.

2. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.

3. Cancellation and Appointment Changes: A minimum of 2 business days notice is required for any cancellations or changes to appointments. A full deposit (30%) will be charged for all cancellations and no-shows.

4. For Eftpos and Debit card transactions, an additional charge of 30 cents applies.

5. For Credit Card, MasterCard, and Visa transactions, an additional charge of approximately 1.99 % applies.

6. Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee within 7 days of purchase, at the discretion of management. This applies only if the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit equal to the refunded amount.

7. Please note that the suggested timeframe for job completion is indicative.

8. Workmanship Warranty

Bars n Racks provides a limited workmanship warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.

In the event of a suspected fault, Bars n Racks must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and the installed product to determine the cause of the issue.

Bars n Racks reserves the sole right to inspect, repair, or replace any defective workmanship at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover any costs, repairs, or modifications carried out by third parties without the prior written consent of Bars n Racks. Bars n Racks will not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from repairs, inspections, or modifications performed by third parties without prior authorisation.

Failure to provide Bars n Racks with the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue may void this workmanship warranty.

This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by Bars n Racks. Product warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

9. Please note that Bars N Racks does not accept any responsibility or liability for products installed by us that were purchased from third-party suppliers. Any issues, defects, or malfunctions related to these third-party products are the responsibility of the original supplier or manufacturer. We recommend contacting the supplier directly for any support or warranty claims.
