WARRANTIES

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Bars n Racks provides a limited workmanship warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.

In the event of a suspected fault, Bars n Racks must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and the installed product to determine the cause of the issue.

Bars n Racks reserves the sole right to inspect, repair, or replace any defective workmanship at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover any costs, repairs, or modifications carried out by third parties without the prior written consent of Bars n Racks. Bars n Racks will not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from repairs, inspections, or modifications performed by third parties without prior authorisation.

Failure to provide Bars n Racks with the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue may void this workmanship warranty.

This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by Bars n Racks. Product warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

Limited Warranty and Claim Procedure

Customer Reporting:

Any issues, defects, or concerns arising from the installation must be reported to Bars N Racks within thirty (30) days of discovery. Failure to do so may result in the voiding of the warranty.

Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by:

1. Incorrect installation by a third party not authorized by Bars N Racks.

2. Modification or misuse of the installed products.

3. Normal wear and tear.

4. Acts of nature or accidents.

Claim Procedure:

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must contact Bars N Racks directly. Any repairs or services performed by third-party mechanics without prior written consent from Bars N Racks may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Claims Beyond Warranty Period:

Any problems reported after the expiration of the one-year warranty period will be addressed at the discretion of the owner. Bars N Racks reserves the right to assess and determine the eligibility for any service or repair after the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability:

Bars N Racks shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our
products or services.

Exclusive Remedy:

The customer's exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of or relating to our products or services shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or service.
