If you own a new caravan, and it weighs more than 2 Tonne, your caravan will have some or all of the above functions, and you will need to set your tow vehicle up to cater for these features. Check with your caravan supplier if the van has these features, and we can help set your tow vehicle up.
You should also check van weight (empty and laden), loaded ball weight, whether it has a 7 or 12 pin flat or round electric plug, and whether it is hot wired. All these features can be made permanent, live or automatic.
If you provide a wire diagram of the electric plug layout, we can also set up failsafe braking, stability control, dash mounted battery monitors and a rear camera.
RV owners, we can offer you a complete range of Hayman Reese towbars, compliant to tow your trailer, or to suit your frame towing setup. We can also offer you a range of frame setups to suit most popular ‘drag along’ small vehicles.
5th wheel owners can now have all their needs catered for by the team here at Bars N Racks, following the release of a new large range of Federal Approved 5th wheel systems by Hayman Reese, designed to suit popular utes. Additionally, we have access to an approved automotive engineer and metal fabricator, to customise any special requirements.
Our support doesn’t stop there though, as an approved Hayman Reese supplier, we can offer you an Australia wide back up service, should you have a warranty problem in any major town around the country.
We are also the preferred supplier to the Sydney RV Group, and can offer you the same range of products that we supply directly to them, including bull bars to suit all popular 4WDs, soft roaders, utes, RVs and cars.
