Shipping Cost Rules:

• Use the shipping estimator on product pages or at checkout to confirm shipping costs.

Important Notes:

• For the fastest delivery, we recommend using a business address.

• If your order incurs substantial freight costs, we may contact you to find a solution or reserve the right to cancel if the freight cost exceeds 10% of the item value.

• Freight costs to rural or remote locations can be unpredictable, and we may be unable to ship to certain areas.

Delivery estimates are based on courier guidelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances:

Additional Information:

• Orders are typically dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

• While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unexpected issues such as road closures, traffic, or mechanical problems can occasionally cause delays.
