Description

This towbar kit brings together the key components needed for a matched towing setup on compatible vehicles, with a towing capacity of 1500kg and a 150kg ball load rating. The towbar assembly features a GT281 tongue and a 1200mm length, paired with wiring specified as 1200 ECU1 to support trailer lighting connection.

The included 7 pin flat tail harness with a 1200mm lead provides the specified 7 Pin Flat connector interface, while the electronic control unit (ECU1, Part No. 04826) functions as a bypass module to isolate the vehicle's Body Control Module or can-bus system from the trailer wiring circuit. The indicative fit time for the kit is 50 minutes. Compatibility is noted for Ford Focus 2012-2018.
